OPERATION: ISLAND SCREAM
Year 2015
The US Military Spy Satellite spotted a terrorist missile installation in an island near Zamboanga City. They informed the Philippine Government about the terrorist whereabouts occupying that in island and the said missiles are capable of lateral damages each of 50 kilometers radius. There are two missiles that are to be launched. Their targets are City Proper and WESMINCOM where the US troops is located. Millions of people will be perished once the missile is launched. The terrorist demand 100 billion dollars to the US Government and the release of their respective leaders namely, ABU RIDO & ABU SADO, to the Philippine Government which was held captives by AFP somewhere in Mindanao. Deadlines were set only for twenty four (24) hours to meet their demands. It is quiet impossible to launch an air strike considering the terrorist are equipped with anti-aircraft weapons, the only way to get into the said island is by shore-landing. Time is running out!!! Your mission is to eliminate all terrorist and to destroy by detonation by all means the said weapons of mass destruction!!! (the GPS guiding device of the missiles). Requirements of Entry:
P500.00 per player
Player/s should be 18 yrs old and above
Minimum of 15 man team (12 to play)
Chrono Limit: strictly 450 FPS with x-cortech chronograph
Three (3) Hi-Cap Mags Allowed
One (1) Box Mag
One (1) primary & one (1) secondary weapon are allowed
Two (2) primary weapons is not allowed
No blowback riffle allowed

Rules and regulation:

Observe airsoft general rules
Safety First on the Playing Field
No real Firearms
No Players are allowed if under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol
Consider every gun loaded
Do not flaunt/show your gun in public
Never point the gun to anybody/anything you do not intend to shoot
No goggles/mask, no play
Keep your finger off the trigger until game starts
Misconduct is highly discourage (barbaric act will be condemn and arraign in the nearest pnp station immediately and automatic disqualification)
Game score are by point system
Players Elimination
-Direct hit to the body and extensions (vest, suit, pads, head gear) is considered a hit
-Overkill
-Friendly fire
-Two players on point blank draw both will be eliminated
-No ricochets
-No Hit Call
-Shooter cannot call an opponent out
-Hit players to acknowledge by shouting HIT, DEAD or OUT
-After being acknowledge as “hit” raise your gun/arm over your head while going to the neutral zone
No Hostages
No hiding behind non-combatant/hit players/marshal
No Holding or grappling
No holding on to opponents gun
No rough physical contact between players
Avoid inflicting unnecessary pain
Point blank shooting is discouraged
No blind fire “dukut” & “kuut”
Immediately stop shooting players signifying
Dead Men no tales
No coaching from any non-combatants (umpire, eliminated players, spectators, by standers, etc.)
Players are to stay at the neutral zone after being hit; stand by the side is not allowed.
Marshall’s Decision is final
Observe proper decorum at all times and respect Marshall’s decision.
Only team leaders are allowed to complain to the grievance committee. (Team leaders will be provided with a distinctive arm band for identification)
Players must respect Marshall’s decision while games are going on, any complaints must be referred to your team leader AFTER the game, and otherwise points will be deducted to your team
Complaints inside the playing field will not be entertained
Penalties
Yellow card- will have a deduction of 50 points from team points
Violations:
-Complaining to the marshal decision
-Calling hit the opponent
-Swearing/use of profane languages to a player and to the marshal
-Ignoring marshals call (visual block)
-Using human shield, both players and marshal
-Blind Firing
-Refusal to say at the neutral zone after being hit
-Removing of mask/goggles inside the playing filed
Red card- will have a deduction of 100 points from team points and minus one
player
Violations:
-Intentional hitting/firing at marshal
-Arguing with marshals while the game is still ongoing
-Ignoring marshals call of yellow card
-Overkill
Black card- will have the whole team disqualified of proceeding the game
black card (expulsion)
-Enticing a fist fight with either player or marshal
-Unrealistic firing (more than 3 seconds) at an already hit player
-Continuing to play even after declared red card
-Playing while under influence of drugs and alcohol
-Playing without safety goggles or mask
Penalties:
1. Early/false start = 50 points
2. Taking your opponents’ objective = team will be declared as the losers
3. Throwing your objective to a teammate = yellow card (you can pass the objective but you cannot throw it)
4. Hit player passing his unit or magazine to a team mate = yellow card
Staging Rules:
1. The chief marshal will be giving the participants the time schedules for each team to play.
2. The briefing of objective/mission will be given at the staging area before the start of the competition.
3. While a game is started, the next team scheduled should go to the staging area for chrono.
4. Chrono will be done at the staging area prior to every game. A player with a gun with a chrono of more than 450 fps using a .2bb will be allowed to play minus the unit.
5. Gas guns are not allowed except pistols. ZEAL marshals have the right to inspect AEGs for suspected high FPS.
6. No wearing of Lighted colored T-shirt, especially white.
7. No wearing of sando, shorts, slippers and such.
Game Score:
Only the “hit” player will be counted of ten (10) points from the opponent and the “live” player/s will not be counted.
The “gunner” is 100 points when hit.
